This document is an official public proposal (offer) of the company “Sokil Fest” LLC 46262350, posted on the website sokil-fest.com, regarding the conclusion of a contract for the purchase and sale of tickets and the provision of services related to the festival.

1. General provisions
   1.1. This public offer is an official offer to any individual or legal entity to purchase tickets and receive services provided by the organizers of the Sokol Fest festival.1.2. Acceptance of this offer means the user’s full agreement with all its terms.1.3. The fact of paying for a ticket or registering for the event is considered acceptance of the offer and confirmation of the conclusion of a contract between the user and the organizer.
   
   
   
2. Subject of the contract
   2.1. The organizer undertakes to provide the user with the opportunity to attend the Sokil Fest festival, and the user undertakes to pay the ticket price according to the current prices indicated on the website sokil-fest.com. 2.2. The cost of tickets may vary depending on the time of purchase, the terms of promotions or special offers.
3. Payment and refund procedure
   3.1. Payment is made online through available payment services integrated on the website.3.2. Refunds are possible only in cases of official cancellation of the festival or by decision of the organizer.3.3. The purchased ticket cannot be returned or exchanged after confirmation of the order, except for cases specified by the current legislation of Ukraine.
   
   
   
4. Rights and obligations of the parties
   4.1. The organizer has the right to change the festival program, location, date or line-up of artists without prior notice to users.4.2. The user is obliged to comply with the rules of conduct, safety and internal regulations of the event.4.3. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, as well as for circumstances of force majeure (force majeure).
   
   
   
5. Responsibility of the parties
   5.1. The parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.5.2. The organizer is not liable for technical malfunctions of payment systems or actions of third parties that prevent the fulfillment of obligations.5.3. In case of violation of the conditions of participation (attempt to smuggle prohibited items, alcoholic beverages, etc.), the organizer has the right to refuse entry to the festival territory without refund.
   
   
   
6. Personal data

7. Force majeure
   The organizer is exempt from liability for non-fulfillment or untimely fulfillment of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances – natural disasters, military actions, decisions of government bodies or other reasons that make holding the festival impossible.
